Diagnosis before optimisation

Numbers rarely lie. Questions do.

Meta Ads, Google Ads and the measurement underneath. Two systems report two different numbers, and both are correct. They are answering different questions. My work starts with the question, not with the optimisation.

Caner Yel · former Meta Marketing Pro · You talk to me, not to a team.

01 / Position

I do not promise revenue. I promise the numbers will be verifiable.

That sounds smaller than what you want to hear. It is the condition for everything else. A budget that grows on wrong numbers only fails faster.

I will not show you someone else's numbers. I will show you yours. There are no success charts from other accounts on this page and no percentages without context. What you get is the method I work with.

02 / System

How one person keeps the work a team usually does

Every month the same run: four steps, always in the same order, always all of them. Software does that part, because it repeats and because software does not forget. What comes after, the reading and the deciding, is mine.

01 · Gathering

The numbers from Meta, Google Analytics and your shop are pulled for the same period and put into one table, row by row, side by side. If two of them disagree, the first job is finding out why.Usually neither one is wrong. They are counting different things.

02 · Checking

Every number gets the same questions. How many days was it divided by? Has the same sale been counted twice? Can you find this number in your own Meta or Analytics account?Every one of these questions is on the list because I made the mistake once.

03 · Going through

Before anything is called a problem, eight points get checked in the same order every time: the goal of the campaign, the ad itself, who it is shown to, the budget, where it runs, the page behind it, the timing, and which click the sale gets credited to.The obvious explanation is believed last, not first.

04 · Writing it down

The report comes in sentences, not in coloured tiles. Under every number it says where it came from. The numbers are fixed before the first sentence is written. The software writes, the maths happens before.

From here on, nothing decides by itself.

This is how one of those rules gets made: A budget looked like only half of it was being spent. The campaign had not been delivering all month, though, only from the middle onwards. Since then every average gets checked first for how many days it was divided by.

What the software does not do: It does not touch your account. No budget moves on its own, no ad pauses by itself, no report goes out unread at night. And it does not decide what a number means. I do that, with what I learned at Meta.

Where to start in your case is what the fit check answers, in thirty seconds.

03 / Services

Everything a campaign needs

Nine areas, three layers. You do not book all of them at once. I start where the bottleneck is, and the first analysis is what decides that.

Layer 01Advertising

01Meta Ads+

Building, running and scaling campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Structure before budget: campaign setup, audience logic, bidding and placement get checked before any increase.

02Google Ads+

Search ads for people already looking. Keyword selection, ad copy, negative lists, and the question most accounts skip: is Google even counting what counts for you?

03Ad creative+

Hooks, copy and formats in variants, so you can test instead of guess. Creative is the highest-leverage variable in the account, and the only one you can change quickly.

Layer 02Foundation

04Tracking & measurement+

Pixel, Conversions API and analytics set up so they measure the same thing. When two systems disagree, the definition gets settled first. The nicer number does not simply win.

05Reporting+

A monthly report in sentences, not tiles. What changed, what caused it, what comes next. Every number can be found in your own account.

06SEO & AI search+

Technical visibility on Google, plus the newer question: do ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI answers read and cite your site at all? Two mechanics, two separate jobs.

Layer 03Build

07Website & funnel+

Landing pages and sites that match the ad. Hand-built, fast, no page builder, no trackers nobody asked for. This page is the example.

08Content & email+

Copy, newsletters and automated flows that keep working when the ad budget pauses. The slow-acting part, which is why it usually gets cut first.

09Brand & video+

Design, visual language and video production for ads. This part goes to fixed partners, and I tell you up front which part comes from me and which does not.

04 / Limits

Where I say no

This is what I am here for

Ads are running but the numbers contradict each other. The budget is about to go up and you want to know first whether the foundation holds. Or things run fine and you would like someone watching alongside who pushes back when needed.

What I do not do

I do not promise a revenue figure, not even when asked. I change nothing in your account before you have seen it. And when a finding is uncertain, I write uncertain, even when a clean number would sound better.

05 / Who

Caner Yel, founder of SignalKlar
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate

Caner Yel

Former Meta Marketing Pro, now working for myself in Berlin. I work with a fixed network of partners, but campaigns, measurement and reporting stay with me. What I have not checked myself, I do not pass off as checked.

You always talk to the same person, and that person has looked at your account personally. No second-hand summaries.

That works because the repetitive part runs on systems I built (section 03). What is left is judgement, and I do not hand that over.

Calls and reports in English, German or Turkish.

06 / Questions

What people usually ask

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, not on a package list. I estimate the work after a first look at the account and give you a fixed monthly number before we start. What is not included is written in the same document. The ad budget itself goes straight to Meta or Google, not to me.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Anyone guaranteeing you a specific number either has not seen your account or is counting on you not to check later. I tell you beforehand what I consider achievable and what I base that on, and afterwards what actually happened.

How long until something shows?

On the measurement side usually fast, because tracking errors surface immediately. On performance it depends on budget, account history and offer, so I will not put a number of weeks here. What I will commit to: after the first month you know where you stand.

What is the Conversions API, and do I need it?

The Conversions API sends events such as purchases from your server to Meta, instead of capturing them only in the browser. Because browser tracking is patchy thanks to consent banners and iOS settings, without it Meta misses part of your sales and optimises worse. Whether it pays off for you depends on volume.

Are you not too small for us?

The question behind it is usually: can one person handle this? The repetitive work that eats agency hours runs on systems here. What a human has to do, I do. And if your case genuinely needs more hands, I say so instead of trying.

Do you work alone?

Campaigns, measurement and reporting I do myself, which is why you always speak with me. Design and video production go to fixed partners, and I tell you up front which part comes from whom.

What happens to my data?

This page sets no cookies and loads no trackers. The fit check runs in your browser; nothing is sent unless you press send yourself. If you write to me, I use what you send only to answer.

How much of this is software, and how much is you?

The software gathers the numbers, lays the sources side by side and applies the checks every time. It does not touch your account and it does not decide what a number means. The reading and the doing are mine.

07 / First step

Where does it hurt?

Three questions, thirty seconds. You get an assessment of which areas come first in your case and where I would start. Your answers stay in your browser and are only sent if you press send at the end yourself.

Next

A call, twenty minutes. You tell me what is bothering you. I tell you whether I am the right person.

If it fits

I look at the account and write down what I find. Including when I find nothing dramatic.

Only then

A proposal with a clear scope: what is included, what is not, and what you handle yourself.
